Panellists:
Carol Vale, Managing Director, Murawin Consulting and Game Enough
Carol is a Dunghutti / Gumbaingirr woman from NSW. She is a professional facilitator, social researcher and policy analyst with expertise in Aboriginal issues, public policy and stakeholder engagement across a range of sectors.
She is Managing Director of Murawin Pty Ltd, a specialist inter-cultural consulting and facilitation organisation that specialises in working with a range of clients to enhance organisational capacity by undertaking social research, community consultations, stakeholder engagement and evaluation services.
Carol has been a senior manager with extensive experience in Aboriginal issues in government and not for profit sectors, which is supported by formal qualifications.
Elle Davidson, Director, Zion Engagement and Planning and Aboriginal Planning Lecturer, University of Sydney
Elle is a Balanggarra woman from the East Kimberley. She engages closely with clients to guide them in embedding Aboriginal perspectives into projects.
Zion recently developed training to empower the built environment industry with knowledge around working with Country, community and culture. Elle is passionate about building confidence in individuals and teams with the ultimate goal to develop allies.
Jesse Marnock 老澳门六合彩图库 (Assoc.), Planner, Planz Town Planning
Jesse is an award-winning planner and one of few Indigenous planners in Queensland.
He specialises in sustainable planning and remote communities. Jesse is a former member of the Knowledge Network Mining Encounters and Indigenous Sustainable Livelihoods, and a former member of the First Peoples Advisory Committee (Cairns Regional Council).
Jesse’s ability to understand local aspirations and navigate Law and Lore allows him to assist communities and their people to obtain land use planning and tenure outcomes that are culturally specific and realistic within the current conditions.
Moana Prescott, Community and Stakeholder Engagement Officer, Water Infrastructure, NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment
Moana is a proud Ngiyaampaa woman from Broken Hill, NSW. She studied City Planning at UNSW from 2015-2018 and is passionate about improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Moana is currently working as a community and stakeholder engagement officer in the NSW Government and previous to that worked in Federal Government.
