Niche Studio is a small consultancy firm, established in Western Australia in 2012. Niche Studio prides itself on the workplace that it has created, supportive and diverse. The team applies the same values to help service their broad client base. Niche has been working with award winning developers right down to assisting the smallest of their clients with their plans, ensuring that these outcomes are sustainable and ultimately making a difference. Niche has a strong local community focus, using these to develop plans that are responsive to current and future community needs. Niche has undertaken work across a broad field, preparing supporting planning documentation across a broad spectrum of areas, such as, creating structure plans, preparing scheme amendments at a regional level and level, designing, and redesigning subdivisions and preparing development applications. Niche have also assisted Local Government in delivering on its community planning processes.
