With local governments tasked with much of the heavy lifting in this area, especially from a planning perspective, this seminar will provide insights into the great work being done within our Queensland local governments to address the housing crisis.
Many local governments are doing proactive and important work within the housing space, utilising tools such as infrastructure charges relief, lifting building heights, providing incentives for affordable housing and the like.
