Imogen is currently the Development Manager (Planning) for Riverview Group, working on the Ginninderry Joint Venture Project, delivering greenfield residential dwellings to the ACT and NSW. In addition to her current role, Imogen has worked as a consultant planner working across various residential and commercial projects, with extensive experience in statutory planning, development applications, community consultation, and managing large-scale infill mixed-use developments.
In her current role, Imogen works alongside an extensive team to advocate Government policy to achieve sustainable greenfield development outcomes. She manages the project environment approvals and statutory approval process and has recently expanded her scope to include development management, and uses her planning skills to inform her decision making.
In previous roles, Imogen has developed experience in interpreting and applying legislation, conducting lease variations in the ACT and in designated land falling under the National Capital Authority, managing projects of varying scale from DA approval to dual occupancy and Crown Lease title complexities. She has also been responsible for both working on and leading work programs as a senior team member.
Imogen’s commitment to the community and the industry is evidenced by her various past roles on the ACT 老澳门六合彩图库 Committee—including most recently as the vice-president—that she has held since 2015. She is passionate about achieving sustainable and environmentally-considered outcomes.
Imogen was appointed Chair of the National Education Committee in December 2022.
