Adam Davidson is the co-founding Director of Hygge Property – a boutique property developer with a focus on creating exceptional places.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the development industry focused on sustainable residential communities, infrastructure planning and delivery, and mixed-use developments.
Since its inception in 2017, Hygge Property has carved an enviable niche as a leading developer in regional Victoria, focused on highly sustainable residential communities and quality design outcomes.
Hygge Property won the 2023 National UDIA Award for Excellence for Nightingale Ballarat and has a project pipeline with an end value of over five hundred million dollars spread across regional Victoria and beyond, but particularly focused in Geelong, Ballarat, Daylesford, and Adelaide.
Adam originally trained and worked as a town planner and also worked briefly in planning policy and planning law reform.
