Kate have had over 30 years of diverse leadership experience as a senior executive, strategic planner and project manager, developing and implementing major strategic plans/ frameworks and implementing large, complex projects in state government, local government and the private sector. Some of her key projects have included:
• The establishment of VPP’s and the current planning system in the mid 1990’s with the integration of strategic planning into the statutory system.
• Plan Melbourne version 1,
• G21 Regional Growth Plan,
• The many planning iterations of Spring Creek in Torquay. Jan Juc
• Armstrong Creek planning framework
She is currently working with Surf Coast Shire as Manager Integrated Planning.
