Gareth Kent is a Certified Practising Valuer and is the Owner/Managing Director of Preston Rowe Paterson Geelong; commencing in 2008, he has grown the business considerably, to now provide 4 offices across southwest Victoria and southeast South Australia, with over 35 staff. PRP are now one of the largest provider of Valuation services in southwest of Victoria. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Valuation industry with a broad range of valuation experience over various asset types and market segments.
Throughout Southwest Victoria, Gareth is regarded as one of the most senior accredited Valuers in complex Commercial Valuation and he is recognised on Government Panels, Leading Banking institutions and private equity companies.
In addition Gareth is a founding partner of the Innovation product AgriVal, the first ride share Desktop Assessment tool in the Agriculture market, utilised by major lenders across Australia. AgriVal is a powerful Ride share tool involving valuers, farmers and combining that knowledge and expertise with powerful data.
Outside of the Valuation industry Gareth is recognised in Geelong for his work with non-for-profit organisations, serving as chair of Lazarus Community house Centre for the Homeless for approx. 5 years.
